Rebecca is originally from Effingham, SC and was raised up around pig pickings and BBQ all her life. She is the beautiful wife of one of the instructors, Garland Hudgins, and an indispensable member of the Big GQ competition BBQ team out of Columbia, SC.

Rebecca performs many vital support roles with the Carolina Pit Masters (CPM) BBQ Cooking School. One of her biggest responsibilities is organizing the open BBQ judging portion of the class, which is totally unique to the CPM cooking school. Being a Senior Judge and Marshal for the South Carolina BBQ Assoc., as well as being a member of a championship BBQ team, Rebecca has insight and experience from both sides of the competition table. Her assistance and support are one of the many reason behind the success of the CPM cooking school.
