We are currently enrolling new students for the 2015 Carolina Pit Masters Barbecue Cooking School.  This class has been offered for the last 6 years and has graduated great champions, restaurateurs, and improved the quality of BBQ in the backyard.   We have added a new feature to the school for the 2015 year.  We will be taking credit cards through Square.
